Carlos Rodriguez

Carlos is a director of the fixed asset valuation practice. He provides technical and business development expertise for services related to real estate and personal property valuations. He also serves as both a real estate and industrial analyst, and has served corporate clients in a variety of industries throughout Spain.

Carlos has extensive experience in the valuation of all types of real estate and personal property, as well as market research and analysis and application of urban development plans. He has also participated in various business valuation projects. The purposes of valuation services Carlos has performed include mergers and acquisitions, purchase price allocations, divestitures, pre-transaction valuation analysis, valuation for leasing transactions, various accounting and tax purposes, litigation and insurance.

Carlos joined American Appraisal in 1988 as an industrial and real estate appraiser in the Spain office. He held various positions in this office and has been in his current position as director of the Barcelona office since 2003. He has also worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers.
