Prior to joining Kroll, Siddharth served as a Team Lead and Project Manager, leading teams at SG Analytics, Tresvista and Verity Knowledge Solutions. His experience lies in end-to-end deal execution support during which he has provided support across multiple complex, cross-border M&A transactions, including several sell-side mandates.
Siddharth completed Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Mumbai University. He also holds an MBA in finance with distinction from the Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development, Pune. Additionally, he is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder.
